Green Smoothie

For the optimal health

Here is what you will need for two organic green smoothies:

  • 2 or 3 cups chopped kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • some coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • and some purified water

Directions:

  • Place everything in the blender.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
